For an example if you order size L from us which is 36inches BUST and WAIST 30inches you can make it from 36inches to 38inches and 30inches to 32inches if required ( FROM LOCAL TAILOR )

Fitting issues will not come because we provide 3 margine points in blouse for loose and tight issue .
1) if you are getting feel loose blouse than just go to the near by tailor and take one one stich on both side .
2 ) if it is tight than just open one one stitch which is provided in blouse .

Customisation:

-If you’re not sure about the size of your, you can Whatsapp us your measurements and we will customize the outfit as per your requirements. For proper measurement ( we can arrange video session) .

Please Note – The customized orders will not be exchanged, cancelled or refunded under any situation but it can be exchange if it is deliver damaged

Credit Note/Cancellation:

We Don't Refund , We only Give Credit Note .

For Credit Note you have to bear both side shipping cost and 10% Processing Fee

Credit Note and cancellation will be initiated in these cases:

If the product is damaged. The customer must send a picture of the damage within 24 Hours of receiving the order.
If there is a misprint or the design is wrong according to the website image.
Credit Note shall be made available in 1 working days from the day we receive return.

Exchanges and Credit Note :-

Exchange – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {falamkari@gmail.com} and send your item to: {physical address}. You have to bear both side shipping cost .

Credit Note :- If You Don’t Want to Exchange , we can give you credit note after deducting both side shipping in you wallet account for next purchase .

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Credit Note to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Credit Note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Credit Note.
