Exchange Policy
We don’t exchange for size issue.
For an example if you order size L from us which is 36inches BUST and WAIST 30inches you can make it from 36inches to 38inches and 30inches to 32inches if required ( FROM LOCAL TAILOR )
Fitting issues will not come because we provide 3 margine points in blouse for loose and tight issue .
1) if you are getting feel loose blouse than just go to the near by tailor and take one one stich on both side .
2 ) if it is tight than just open one one stitch which is provided in blouse .
*Problem will solve easily *

Customisation:Credit Note/Cancellation:
We Don't Refund , We only Give Credit Note .
For Credit Note you have to bear both side shipping cost and 10% Processing Fee
- If the product is damaged. The customer must send a picture of the damage within 24 Hours of receiving the order.
- If there is a misprint or the design is wrong according to the website image.
- Credit Note shall be made available in 1 working days from the day we receive return.
Exchanges and Credit Note :-
Exchange – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {falamkari@gmail.com} and send your item to: {physical address}. You have to bear both side shipping cost .
Credit Note :- If You Don’t Want to Exchange , we can give you credit note after deducting both side shipping in you wallet account for next purchase .
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Credit Note to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Credit Note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Credit Note.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
